Fishman Classic Series V-100 Violin Pickup (V100)

Capture the sound of your violin or viola with the V-100 Classic Series Pickup from Fishman. Offering accurate reproduction of your instrument’s acoustic sound, this piezo-ceramic pickup uses Fishman’s Floating Mount system for easy installation in a wing slot of your violin or viola’s bridge. The lightweight design of the pickup minimizes its muting effect on your instrument’s natural acoustic sound.

The V-100 comes with a mini output jack that mounts to your instrument’s tailpiece via the plastic tie wrap attached to the jack holder. Once the output jack is mounted, the included 10′ long 1/8″ to 1/4″ jack cable allows you to plug your instrument either directly into an amplifier or preamp. An impedance-matching preamp such as the Platinum Stage, Platinum Pro EQ, or Powerjack can help realize the full frequency potential of the pickup (preamps available separately).
