The Performance Series bears all the hallmarks of custom drums. This snare drum features a polished and rolled 1mm brass shell for huge attack and projection, while offering musical tonality and overtones. This snare is fitted with Performance quarter-sized lugs and TruePitch tuning tension rods to help you dial in your snare sound with reduced slippage. In addition, DW’s signature MAG throw-off and 3P butt plate work in tandem to provide three different snare tensions with the flip of a switch. The polished shell provides a gleaming, on-stage aesthetic that is perfect live performance.
